MVS Govt. DEGREE COLLEGE was established in the year 1965 with the introduction of B.A. B.Com and B.Sc courses.  The college has several academicians from Palamoor University and other experienced members in the field of eduction on the Governing Council to monetor.  The College is located in the Christian Pally Village, 5 km from Mahabubnagar Town accessible by all modes of transport.  The college has specious lecture halls, a seperate Sciences Labs , Computer Labs with latest P.Cs, a seperate Library for U.G. & P.G. ADMISSION PROCESS (UG)
Merit forms the basis of admission into the college. Students are admitted into the campus based on the percentage secured in Intermediate /10+2 or any other qualification recognized equivalent there to by Palamooru University.
For admission into B.A. / B.Com. / B.Sc., the candidate has to fulfill the criteria as specified by the Palamooru University
ADMISSION PROCESS (P.G.)
The admissions will be made on the basis of counseling sessions conducted at the Palamooru University. The top rankers of the entrance test will be preferred. As in the other case the lists of candidates for admissions would be furnished to the college by the Palamooru University.
